XtremeCARE Australia (XCA) was established in 2008, due to personal circumstances surrounding their disabled son Will Jnr, since then it has evolved and developed into the innovative business model it is today. Through their personal experience, they have developed a deep personal understanding of what is lacking in the provision of support and services, due to the geographical constraints between communities and providers. XtremeCARE Australia has been developed to ‘ Bridge the Gap ’ by providing an integrated care management solution and a new service approach that deliver's value for money products and services, to rural and remote communities. Being Indigenous they are aware of the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Culture and Traditional Protocols that exist within various communities. It is their goal to assist people in local, regional and remote communities, by delivering a unique service which is tailored to individual and community needs and circumstances.The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides financial support for people living with a disability.
